Legal entity structure integration
With ONE Schaeffler we are targeting to strengthen our Motion Technologies Company. Therefore, various initiatives streamline existing structures including our legal entity structure.
Legal integration Vitesco Technologies
Vitesco Technologies Group AG was merged into Schaeffler AG on 1 October 2024. Consequently, all subsidiaries of Vitesco Technologies Group AG became (direct or indirect) subsidiaries of Schaeffler AG.
We are currently in the process of integrating the Vitesco Technologies companies into the Schaeffler Group. Our goal is to consolidate and streamline the existing legal structures in those countries where Schaeffler and Vitesco previously operated separately.

Legal integration Ewellix
Ewellix group was merged into Schaeffler AG. Consequently, all subsidiaries of Ewellix became (direct or indirect) subsidiaries of Schaeffler AG.
We are currently in the process of integrating the Ewellix’ companies into the Schaeffler Group. Our goal is to consolidate and streamline the existing legal structures in those countries where Schaeffler and Vitesco previously operated separately.
